Welcome to QR Cards — a digital visiting card creation platform designed to help professionals, freelancers, and businesses build their online presence easily. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their information and securing their account credentials. QR Cards is not liable for any loss or unauthorized access due to weak or shared passwords.
QR Cards provides a platform for users to create, manage, and share digital business cards. You agree not to use the service for unlawful, misleading, or harmful activities.
For security and fraud prevention, QR Cards may collect user IP addresses, and approximate geolocation data (latitude & longitude). This information is used only to enhance security and prevent misuse of the platform.
Any payment or QR code information displayed in user profiles is managed by the respective users. QR Cards does not handle or guarantee any financial transaction between users and their clients.
All user-uploaded data, including text, images, and logos, remains the property of the respective users. However, QR Cards reserves the right to remove any content that violates our terms or laws.
QR Cards may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service without prior notice. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that engage in spam, fraud, or any activity that harms other users or the platform.
